The samples of the research were 123 Administrators under Chiangrai Primary Education Service Area Office 2 in academic year 2016. The instrument was the questionnaire with five-level scale measurement with dual-response format included the level of The 21st Century School Administration Skills of Administrators under Chiangrai Primary Education Service Area Office 2 with a reliability coefficient of 0.99.The statistics used in data analysis were percentage (%) , mean (xˉ ) , standard deviation (S.D.) and The Modified Priority Needs Index formula (PNImodified). The results showed that 1) the 21st Century School Administration Skills of Administrators Actual Work under Chiangrai Primary Education Service Area Office 2 in overall were found high scale in all aspects (xˉ = 3.87, S.D. = 0.52) 2) The 21st Century School Administration Skills of Administrators Expected Work under Chiangrai Primary Education Service Area Office 2 in overall were found high scale in all aspects (xˉ = 4.49, S.D. = 0.53) and 3) A Comparison of The 21st Century School Administration Skills of Administrators Actual Work and Expected Work under Chiangrai Primary Education Service Area Office 2 in overall were found high scale in all aspects (PNImodified = 0.159) , when considering in each aspect; in order PNImodified from maximum to minimum were as fellows; Education and Instructional Skills (PNImodified = 0.240) Congnitive Skills (PNImodified = 0.177) Technical Skills (PNImodified = 0.166) Conception Skills (PNImodified = 0.148) and Human Skills (PNImodified = 0.075) respectively.</p> ER -
