The samples used in the research were secondary school administrators under the office of the basic education commission (northern region) in the academic year of 2019, amount 299 persons. The instruments used for the data collecting was a checklist questionnaire with five leveled rating scale. The research statistics were arithmetic percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.</p> <p>             This research aimed to 1) study opinions characteristics of creative leadership of secondary school administrators. 2) study the level of school effectiveness from the creative leadership characteristics of the secondary school administrators and 3) study creative leadership characteristics of secondary school administrators affecting the effectiveness of secondary schools. The samples used in the research were 299 secondary school administrators under the office of the basic education commission (northern region) in the academic year 2019.
